Food Safety
The character for “food” (食) is composed of “person” (人) and “good” (良), and we believe that the food industry is a ”profession that makes people better.”
To date, we have worked alongside our producers to create safe and reliable food products, such as natural beef raised on a grass-based diet, which reflects the natural state of cattle, rice grown with restricted use of pesticides, and vegetables cultivated with a focus on soil health while minimizing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides as much as possible.
At ALEPH, in order to fulfill our responsibility for food safety and greater peace of mind in pursuit of our original Three Guarantees and Three Contributions, we have established a Mass Merchandising System that comprehensively manages every stage of our operations, from ingredient research to production, procurement, processing and service.
Close collaboration with the agricultural sector is essential for this system to function effectively. We strive to meet our customers’ expectations for safety, health and the environment by comprehensively designing and managing every step of the production-to-consumption cycle. Together with our producers, we are committed to creating ingredients made with care and to providing safe and reliable meals.

- We are working to establish a system that allows us to verify when, where, and by whom production, processing, and distribution took place, and we are committed to supplying ingredients that connect producers with customers.

Food Safety Policy
ALEPH INC. has established and practices the following food safety policy in all factories to further ensure the food safety we guarantee to our customers.
- We promote hygiene management that leads to food safety, and as a manufacturer supplying ingredients to Bikkuri Donkey, we are committed to providing food safety to our customers and contributing to society.
- We keep in effective communication with factory staff, business partners, customers, government agencies, industry associations and others to share information and address issues related to food safety throughout the food chain (from raw materials through manufacturing, shipping, distribution and consumption).
- We comply with all applicable laws, regulations and customer food safety requirements.
- To maintain the effectiveness of our food safety management system, we continuously evaluate, review and improve our practices, and strive to provide safe and reliable products.
- To raise awareness of food safety, we provide hygiene training to our employees.
- We publicly display our food safety policy and ensure that all employees are aware of it while also setting food safety goals and reviewing them as needed.
